Date: 04/05/2010 – 04/30/2010

Instructor: Beth Cornelison

Breathing Life Into A Scene offers a step by step approach to layering vivid details about setting, emotion and character into each scene you write. Silhouette Romantic Suspense Beth Cornelison will show you how to select the right details and character-specific information to place your reader in the scene and make a powerful impression, without bogging down your pace.

Getting Your Story Off To The Right Start covers important elements needed to set up your characters, plot and pacing in order to hook the reader/editor from page one and avoid common mistakes that can bog down your story.

Georgia native Beth Cornelison received her bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Georgia. After working briefly in public relations, she moved with her husband to Louisiana, where she decided to pursue her love of writing fiction.

She made her first sale to Silhouette Intimate Moments in June 2004 and has gone on to published many more books with Silhouette,Five Star Expressions, Samhain Publishing, and Sourcebooks.
